Character creation
You're allowed to answer the 20 questions in any order. In particular, you can roll for your heritage first, or rearrange some previous answers depending on your heritage roll.
Several reasons for that:
Some heritages can radically change a character's concept. Stolen Knowledge: mahō comes to mind for example.
Character creation is complex enough without enforcing a strict order outside of what's necessary (like clan before family and school).
I have no way to check the order in which you answer the 20 questions anyway, so it's just more practical to officially approve of freestyling it.
