There's a certain tension rising through the monastery as Sensei Wu's deadline closes in. Not only from the people that are expected to have found all the answers by that point, but also from the monks, as nobody knows what to expect for the evening, and a politically devastating faux pas is so easily achieved.
While stress is real, it is far from actual panic, and the life of the monastery otherwise continues as usual on this beautiful day.

Weather
The ideal weather, cold and sunny, will persist until LE. At that point, Miyuki-no-Kami will decide she has shown clemency long enough. The clouds will slowly and silently gather until LN, and then the snowstorm will strike, sealing the land under a cover of white.
