Since it's a tradition...
Ask. If I can answer, I will.

Granted, I'm generally only peripherally aware of threads/conversations I'm not in, due to time. But it seemed like Ketsudan looped into Hiro's story a bit more than other tracks. In-character reasons, or luck of the information draw?

Simple question for now - do you feel Ketsudan achieved what he hoped to achieve here?
And do you feel you as a player achieved what you hoped to achieve with him?

Oh, the latter. The dice fell where they would.
It's a weakness of mine that I don't do well with investigative plots, though--either as a player or as a GM. (My FallenAsh experience bears out both.) So I wasn't really able to make good on it.
That the dice did not reward me with Information Points also contributed thereto--but RNG gonna RNG. Ain't no thing.

Yes to both, honestly. Not that there was some master plan or anything, but, yeah.
