NPCs simply won't enter threads of their own to chitchat this game. If you wish to have a discussion with one, ask here and we'll arrange for a dedicated thread.
Please specify who you want to talk to, when (day and timeslot), where (location), and add a link with a post in your private forum explaining what you hope to achieve with that encounter. The later so you can avoid awkward situations where your character is trying to be flirty with a double entendre that the GM thought was a weird koan, or the other way around, as such misunderstandings can go on for real life days in a PbP game.
